Our 55 sqm holiday apartment, furnished in cozy Alpine style for 2-3 people, is located on the ground floor of our house.
With two separate bedrooms, a living room with a south-facing balcony, a modern fitted kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower, it offers all the amenities for your holiday stay.
Relax with panoramic views of Karwendel, Brunnstein, and Wetterstein.
Additionally, you will find a radio, DVD/CD player, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a safe in the apartment.
All linens are provided. Our house is centrally located behind the historic village center, in quiet, immediate proximity to the two spa facilities.
Start your hiking adventure right outside our door in the Kranzberg hiking area: Discover the countless walking and hiking trails, accessible even in winter, the toboggan run, and the family ski area, or use the nearby stops of the free ski and hiking bus of the Alpenwelt Karwendel.
You will find shops, cafes, and restaurants within the shortest distance in the inviting pedestrian zone with its noteworthy Lüftlmalereien (traditional Bavarian frescoes). Experience local customs and traditions up close.
