The Ground Floor

Entrance into the property takes you into an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Cleverly designed though with a front little lobby separating the front door from the lounge and complete with hanging for coats and racks for shoes. A step up takes you into the lounge with a desk and chair, high speed internet next to a bay window with plantation shutters. There is a 3 seater sofa and 2 additional lounge chairs along with plenty of tables and lighting. There is an electric fire which can be used for effect only or 2 heat settings. The First Floor

Up a flight of stairs are the 2 ensuite bedrooms joined by a galleried walkway which overlooks the dining area. There is parking for 1 car right out front the property . Alternatively the Bath Spa coach and train stations are a level 15-20 minute walk. THe property has an electric car charging point for those coming with electric cars.


The Owner of this property is open for discussion regarding bringing one dog. Small to medium size preferred and provided the dog does not go into the bedrooms.
