"TAMARIS playa" is located in the most commercial area of Xeraco Beach (central area), facing South, and 80 meters from the beach.
A seven-story building with an elevator, a pool with a shallow end and a Venetian staircase, garden areas, and optional covered parking spaces.
The open-plan ground floor provides access to the pool and communal garden areas.
The apartments all feature a spacious terrace, with LIMITED sea views from the fourth floor upwards.
They are equipped and furnished to a high standard of functionality, ideal for practical and comfortable holidays.
All are provided with a washing machine, microwave, TV, and WIFI service.
This first-floor apartment has two double bedrooms, a bathroom (with a bathtub), a kitchen, a utility room, and a living-dining room with access to a large terrace overlooking the communal areas, pool, and mountains.
It accommodates 4 people.
The apartments do not provide cleaning products, either for general use or specific to the property.
The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season.
The slope for entering the water at the shore is gentle, ideal for children and the elderly.
There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During the low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to travel around the region, which has many cultural and gastronomic attractions well worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshlands.
The latter is very popular among ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of unspoiled beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
Let's not forget fishing, which is possible on the beaches, sea channels, and rivers.
A €150 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR FAMILIES, AND €400 FOR GROUPS OF FRIENDS.
GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED.
NO PETS ALLOWED. / Pets are allowed upon request, maximum weight 10 kg, with a supplement of €5/night.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels.
This includes a bed linen change every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/sundries.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously paid the deposit.
Departure and vacating of the accommodations must be completed before 10:00 AM.
Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned at our offices.
Before collecting the keys, a deposit of €150 must be paid; this will be returned after the apartment has been inspected, and if the company deems it appropriate, up to 48 hours after vacating.

Apartamentos amplios, bien distribuidos, cercanía a la playa, piscina comunitaria de buen tamaño para un baño rápido, wifi y los colchones de las camas aceptable que es de agradecer. En general buena experiencia, muy buena opción para veranear con niños por la tranquilidad de la zona y playa sin masificar

Está muy bien situado y son amplios. La piscina está muy bien y el ascensor también. Las zonas comunes también están muy bien. Es una zona fresquita y a pesar de no tener aire acondicionado no se pasa calor. Muy recomendado para familias.
