This cozy non-smoking apartment, approximately 90 m² in size, is located on the 2nd floor.
It is divided into 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower.
The large, open-plan kitchen invites you to sit and chat while cooking.
Standard spices, as well as vinegar & oil, are available in the kitchen.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV, a cozy blanket, and atmospheric lighting.
Two stylishly furnished single rooms, and one twin room where the beds can be arranged separately or as a double bed, ensure a restful sleep.
Wi-Fi is, of course, also available free of charge.
Additionally, there is a free covered storage facility for bicycles. A modern vacation apartment, completely renovated and refurbished in 2021, awaits you in the beautiful Voxtrup district on the southern outskirts of Osnabrück.
Ferienwohnung Schauwecker is excellently located on the edge of the town, with the city center reachable in just a few minutes, or you can enjoy the rural surroundings in the Voxtrup countryside, which invites you for long walks and well-marked cycling tours.
Restaurants and shopping facilities (supermarket, bakery, bank, pharmacy) as well as a laundry service are within a radius of approx. 5 minutes on foot, and the city center is also easily accessible via a direct bus connection.
In addition to its beautiful historic old town, Osnabrück boasts one of the ten best zoos in Germany, which is located about a 5-minute drive (approx. 40-minute walk) from the vacation apartment.
The nearby highway (600m) facilitates arrival and provides excellent transport links.
The ideal starting point for your activities in a central location. Arrival from 3 PM, departure by 11 AM.
Arrangements with the landlords are possible. Note: For overnight stays in the city of Osnabrück, a tourist tax of 3.5% will be levied from October 1, 2025.
This will be charged additionally on-site, unless otherwise communicated by the accommodation.
