The house is situated in a quiet urbanisation, and from the house you can enjoy a spectacular view over the Mediterranean. It is functional and only 2 km away from the fishing village of Colonia de Sant Pere. Here you can go shopping or eat fresh fish in one of the many restaurants. Larger towns such as Artà, Manacor and resorts such as Porto Cristo and Cala Ratjada on the east coast are all great day trips to get to know the island. You can even take an unforgettable hot air balloon ride in Manacor where you get to see the island from a different angle! Great busier beaches can be found in Port de Alcudia and Pollensa, both about 30-35 km away. Located. Peninsula Formentor with its lighthouse and beautiful mountain roads is very nice to visit.
