Welcome to this beautiful finca with 2 buildings, located in the rural surroundings of Inca. It has magnificent views of the countryside and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The exteriors of this property are dreamlike. It has a 50 m2 salt swimming pool with a depth ranging from 0.5 m to 2.10 m. The pool has a jacuzzi, a jacuzzi and a sauna. This pool has an integrated jacuzzi and an area with a water jet, thanks to which you will be able to relax and disconnect from the daily routine and stress. In the surrounding area there is an outdoor shower and a total of 6 sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe. Outside you will find a large fenced area with fruit trees. In this property there are 2 buildings, the main building and the pool building. In the main building you can enjoy a fantastic furnished porch of 10 x 5 m where you can share unforgettable evenings outdoors with your family and friends. Next to the porch there is a large terrace of 60 m2 where the youngest members of the family can play safely, although always under adult supervision. The fixed barbecue of the property is in the building located in the pool area.

The most important thing in this area is the good communication with the different places of the island. Only 30 km away you will find the best white sandy beaches of the north, Alcudia beach, Muro beach, Formentor beach. Also at 35 km you will find some of the best rocky coves such as Sa Calobra, Cala Tuent and if you like hiking you will find the Tramuntana mountain range declared World Heritage Site by Unesco.


Also if you are travelling with the family, only 25 km away you will find the water parks of Alcudia, where you can spend a fantastic and fun day.
