Die Lage der Wohnung.
Der Balkon und die Möbel - Balkon dreckig und die Möbel zu groß für den Balkon, zu wenig Steckdosen in der Küche und die Schränke und anderes Mobiliar fällt auseinander.
Nicht mal eine Minute Fußweg zur Strandpromenade.
