ISLA CARTAGO

A beautiful rustic semi-detached house of 100 m2 on three floors, with 3 bedrooms, small mooring of 4mts. and private garage (garage height: 2,10m.). Recommended for up to 6 persons. In a quiet, sunny location, 600 m from the sea, on the banks of the canal. Isla Cartago in the district, 500 m from the centre of Empuriabrava. Air conditioning in the whole house. Sheets and towels are not included in the price of the reservation, they have an extra cost.



Isla Cartago is a popular pedestrian area that resembles a typical village, full of flowers and plants, very pleasant and quiet, built on an island within the canal system of Empuriabrava. Access to the island is via a small private bridge, access by car is forbidden. The house is 100 metres walk from the bridge. The garage is on the other side of the pedestrian bridge.

Second floor: one bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps.

Exit to a large terrace with 2 sun loungers and beautiful views over the harbour.





Outside: A canal-side terrace, 12m2, overlooking the harbour, with barbecue, table and chairs, and direct access to the mooring.
