Ideally located in Baden, 2 km from the Gulf of Morbihan and the coastal paths, it will charm you for your family stay by the sea. It features a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:

- Living room with bright and inviting sitting area with TV
- Fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle...
- Bathroom with walk-in shower including laundry area (tumble dryer and washing machine) and WC.

First floor:
- A spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200),
- A second bedroom with 2 single beds
- A third bedroom with a single bed and 1 small desk.

Outside:
- A lovely shady garden with outdoor shower, table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Baden, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Walks or bike rides to discover Irus Island off Bois Bas, the islands of Renaud, Grand Vézy, Petit Vézy and the seven islands. Some of these, including the seven islands, are accessible on foot at low tide.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the accommodation.

Nearest train station: Auray train station ( 20 minutes)
