The property in Pietra Ligure is a residence and offers spacious and well-equipped flats. It is located 800 m from the sea / free, communal private beach of Pietra Ligure and about 1 km from the centre in a quiet area. It has a reception, a small library, an exhibition area, a fitness room, a bar, a children's playground, two swimming pools (open from the end of May to mid-September), table tennis, a furnished terrace, a private outdoor car park (one space per flat), a bicycle room, a garage and a laundry. The residence has a garden with palm trees, shrubs, plants and flowers. The apartment is very bright and has a view of the pool. Access is via a side road (asphalted).
