The flat: Located on the 3rd floor with lift, this walk-through flat is composed as follows: Day area: - A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests. - A separate kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
Sleeping area: - A bedroom with a double bed and storage space. - A shower room with a shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, hairdryer and WC.
Exterior: - A numbered parking space is available at the foot of the residence. - Two terraces, one facing south, the other facing west and furnished with sunbeds, an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a good meal facing the sea! - A large unheated swimming pool.
This area is shared with the residence and is open from mid-May to mid-October.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence. - Two tennis courts.
