At the entrance of the house on the left there is a corridor where on the left side is a bedroom with a single bed (90x190), an extra bed, a small fan and a door to the garage. At the end of the hallway there is a bathroom with a large shower, a sink and a toilet. On the right is a separate toilet.
Straight ahead there is the living room. The living room has a sofa and two armchairs with a coffee table, TV with French channels and a fireplace. Further down the living room is the kitchen and the dining room.
The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, blender, toaster and a ceramic hob. The dining room has a large round table with a capacity of 8 people. To access the terrace, go outside through the living room. The very nice garden has a view over the canal, it has a swimming pool (5x3, salt water), 4 sunbeds, a mooring of 10 m and an outdoor shower. It also has a table where you can eat up to 6 people and a barbecue.
When you go up the stairs, there is a first bedroom with two single beds (90x200), two bedside tables, two bedside lamps and air conditioning. Ahead is a bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and bidet. On the right is a bedroom with two single beds (80x200), wardrobe and air conditioning. In between there is a door to go to the terrace. On the left is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), two bedside tables, two lamps, air conditioning and an exit to the terrace. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes.
There is also a terrace on the first floor with a table with 7 chairs, a parasol and two sunbeds to enjoy the beautiful view of the harbor. To the right of the terrace there are stairs to access the solarium to enjoy the beautiful weather. In the garage you will find the washing machine, iron, ironing board, a fridge and a freezer.
The house has wifi. Pets are not allowed.

Bed linen not included in the price, you can rent it for €15/person (sheets) or €25/person (sheets + towels).

Groups of young people are not accepted. Please respect the rest of neighbors.
