This stone holiday rental is made up on the ground floor of a fitted kitchen opening onto a terrace, a living room, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a private shower room with wc (disabled access).
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: the first is a landing and consists of 2 90 cm beds, the second with a 140 cm bed and the last with 2 90 cm beds separated or pushed together. On this same level, you will find a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Outside, you will enjoy a spa for 7/8 people open all year round, an enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and bowling green. You can park your vehicle inside the property.
The gîte is located opposite the owners' house. Between the Rhuys peninsula and the Guérande peninsula, La Roche Bernard, just 4 km from the gîte, owes its notoriety to the richness of its history. Classified as a "Small City of Character", it is considered one of the most beautiful towns on the banks of the Vilaine. It is also a "flowery city".
We advise you to visit the natural site of the Rock which will offer you a breathtaking view of the Vilaine, the old port and its houses with steps, or even the house of the Canon classified as Historic Monuments.
The cottage has an ideal location, you can reach Vannes, Guérande or La Baule in about thirty minutes.
