The Celtic, a charming 2-room apartment located in the seaside resort of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, will be the ideal pied-à-terre for your holidays, as a couple or with your family.
Located in a beautiful art-deco style historical building, with its large terrace overlooking the bay of Saint-Cast and the beach of Pen-Guen. The flat enjoys a truly unique location, at the foot of the beach and the Saint-Cast golf course.
Accommodation
Located on the 1st floor with lift, the flat of 50 m², tastefully decorated in a marine spirit, can accommodate up to 4 people. It is composed as follows:
- A pleasant living room with a large terrace (40 m², east facing) from which you can enjoy a magnificent 180° sea view. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed for 2 people. You can enjoy a Smart TV connected to Wifi.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, French press coffee maker, and Nespresso coffee machine.
- From the living room, in a row, you access the shower room with WC and then the bedroom equipped with 2 single beds. The terrace is also accessible from the bedroom.
Neighbourhood
Ideally located, in a very pleasant area, this beautiful flat offers you a view over the arrival of the hole of N°15 and the beach of Pen Guen.
You will be close to all the charming shops in the town centre of Saint-Cast, about 3km away (bakery, butcher's, mini-market), shops, restaurants, bars, market... Special mention for the tea room "La Belle Meunière", an institution!
Many outdoor activities are possible in the area: golf and sailing (at the foot of the building), horse riding, etc.
Transport
Parking at the residence: outside, without numbered spaces, about 70 spaces.
Would you like to leave your car in the car park during your stay? A bicycle room is available on the ground floor of the building (rental possible in the town) and a bus stop is located less than 10 minutes away on foot.
Bus: BreizhGo, the Costarmoricains' interurban transport network.
Train: the TGV serves the stations of Lamballe and St-Malo, located respectively at 32 km, and Saint Brieuc (49 km). Two international airports are located nearby, Dinard-Pleurtuit at 23km and Rennes at 90km.
By boat: maritime links are provided throughout the year, with a more intense network in the summer period.
