The non-smoking holiday apartment, measuring approximately 42 m², features a fully equipped kitchen with an extra breakfast nook and a bathroom with a corner bathtub/shower.
The main room combines a living area and sleeping space with a flat-screen TV and a reading corner.
The bed is a Queen-size bed (1.60x2.00m). Don't worry, it is very cozy and not cramped. 2 people can feel comfortable here. All windows have external blinds.
If you are holidaying here in spring or summer, a shared terrace in the garden is available for your use. Enjoy breakfast, read a book, or savor a glass of wine by candlelight in the evening. With my prior agreement, dogs are also very welcome.
However, they must always be kept on a leash when outdoors, as the "FUCHSREVIER" is located in a protected landscape area. The non-smoking holiday apartment "DAS FUCHSREVIER," approx. 42 m², is surrounded by forests, fields, and meadows, and is located between Braunschweig and Wolfsburg.
The apartment is situated in an old half-timbered house with 3 rental units.
It is accessible via three steps, otherwise it is on one level and has a separate entrance. All windows have external blinds.
A terrace in the garden can be shared by guests.
Free parking and free Wi-Fi are available.
Dogs are welcome upon prior arrangement. On warm, sunny days, it can happen that the street passing by the house is used by speeders, loud cars, and motorcycles.
We have tried many things to prevent this.
Unfortunately, we have not been successful so far, and we cannot prohibit people from using this road.
However, as soon as the sun sets, it becomes extremely quiet here, and vehicles rarely pass by. A 100% prepayment may be charged after booking. Payment can be made either directly upon arrival or via advance bank transfer. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Arrival from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Departure from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Key handover is done in person on-site. Pets (dogs) are allowed for a fee of €10 per pet/night.
