The non-smoking holiday apartment, covering 42 m², features a fully equipped kitchen with an extra breakfast nook and a bathroom with a corner bathtub/shower.
The main room serves as a combined living and sleeping area with a flat-screen TV and a reading corner.
The bed is a queen-size bed (1.60x2.00m). Don't worry, it's really cozy and not cramped. 2 people can feel comfortable here. All windows have external blinds.
If you are holidaying here in spring or summer, a shared terrace in the garden is available for your use. Enjoy breakfast, read a book, or savor a glass of wine by candlelight in the evening. With my prior agreement, dogs are also very welcome.
However, they must never be let off-leash, as the "FUCHSREVIER" (fox territory) is located in a protected landscape area. The non-smoking holiday apartment "DAS FUCHSREVIER," approx. 42 m², is surrounded by forests, fields, and meadows, situated between Braunschweig and Wolfsburg.
The apartment is located in an old half-timbered house where 3 households reside.
It is accessible via three steps, otherwise on one level, and has a separate entrance. All windows have external blinds.
A terrace in the garden can be shared by guests.
Free parking and free Wi-Fi. Dogs welcome upon consultation. On warm sunny days, it may occur that the road passing the house is used by speeders, noisy cars, and motorcycles.
We have tried many things to stop this, but unfortunately, we have not yet been successful, and we cannot prohibit people from using this road.
However, as soon as the sun sets, it becomes extremely quiet here, and very few vehicles pass by. A prepayment of 100% may be charged after booking.
