Additionally, it is strategically positioned near fantastic destinations such as the Castelli Romani, famous for its delicious porchetta in Ariccia, the Nemi and Castel Gandolfo lakes, and the picturesque towns of Anzio and Nettuno, where you can indulge in excellent seafood delicacies. You can also explore the areas affected by the Second World War's landing and visit the cemeteries dedicated to soldiers of all nationalities, including Montecassino, which is just an hour away by highway.

The Timeless Villa is nestled in a countryside setting, allowing guests to enjoy the tranquility and listen to the sounds of nature. In the summer, you can even enjoy a midnight spaghetti feast surrounded by the sound of crickets. Inside, the villa offers two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed. There is also the option of an additional bed in the living room or a sofa that can be transformed into a queen-size bed, comfortably accommodating up to four people. For families with young children, there are amenities such as a baby cot, a convenient Next-to-Me crib for infants up to 6 months old, a high chair, a baby bouncer, a changing table, and various toys in case you forgot to bring your own.

The villa features a minimalistic kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare quick meals or more elaborate dishes, including an oven, a microwave, plenty of dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, and essential cooking ingredients such as oil, vinegar, coarse salt, fine salt, and sugar. Additionally, the villa is equipped with an air conditioner that can provide cool air in the summer and warm air in the winter. The living room window overlooks the beautiful sunset, which can be enjoyed every evening when the weather is clear.

Surrounded by a spacious garden, the villa welcomes your four-legged friends to stay and have as much fun as you do. However, we kindly request that small and medium-sized dogs be kept indoors during the night, as there are two guard dogs roaming freely in the adjacent property where we reside, ensuring the security of the area. Unfortunately, at the moment, we are unable to accommodate large dogs.
