In the old-building apartment "red flat," you will find a wonderfully wide double bed, a comfortable pull-out sofa, beautiful fabrics, warm room colors with designer wallpaper, and a cozy seating area.

Simply arrive, switch off, relax, and enjoy Graz to the fullest. Both rooms of the red flat face the entrance of the ReSoWi (Karl-Franzens-University Graz). The fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, along with the dining area, invites you to gather and spend cozy time together.
In the bathroom, you will find a spacious shower and a washing machine with a dryer function.
This holiday apartment is not only suitable for a short city trip to Graz but also for a longer stay and your business trip.
The double bed of excellent hotel quality (180x200 cm) and a smaller children's bed (85x160 cm) are located in the bedroom.
Furthermore, there is a pull-out sofa bed (180x200 cm) in the eat-in kitchen.
