This lovingly designed vaulted flat is a combination of old and new. Our yellow flat is located in a listed outbuilding of one of the oldest Wilhelminian-style villas in the centre of Graz. Directly opposite the flat is the entrance to the ReSoWi (Faculty of Law, Social and Economic Sciences) of the Karl-Franzens-University.
Designer lamps, beautiful pictures, warm fabrics and old rustic furniture have been tastefully put together. Nothing is missing - a cosy flat for arriving, feeling good and relaxing.

The bedroom offers an idyllic view of the villa's quiet inner courtyard, while the living room with kitchen overlooks the university entrance. The fully equipped kitchen is built in under a vaulted arch, an antique farmhouse table serves as a dining table and an old storage cupboard is used as a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a washer-dryer combination, and there are also some more modern elements. We at grazrentals have made every effort to equip the flat practically, with a lot of flair and cosiness.
The yellow flat is ideal for up to four people.
Our guests at grazrentals have a double bed in top hotel quality (180x200 cm) as well as a cosy sofa bed (180x200 cm) at their disposal. A cot for small children and a high chair are available separately on request. A free secure car park is also available.
Our grazrentals flats not only impress with their absolute comfort and individual style. The excellent location in the centre of Graz is also impressive. A cosy coffee house with bakery is located directly in the building, charming little shops and lively bars are just a few minutes' walk away.
The University of Fine Arts, the University of Music, the city park, the botanical garden or the Hilmteich/Leechwald recreation area can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the state hospital, the technical university and Graz city centre in 15 minutes.
