This lovingly designed vaulted apartment is a combination of old and new. Our yellow apartment is located in a listed outbuilding of one of the oldest Gründerzeit villas in the center of Graz.
Directly opposite the vacation apartment is the entrance to the ReSoWi (Faculty of Law, Social and Economic Sciences) of the Karl Franzens University. Designer lamps, beautiful pictures, warm fabrics, and old peasant furniture have been tastefully combined.
Nothing is missing – a cozy apartment to arrive, feel good, and relax. The bedroom offers an idyllic view into the quiet inner courtyard of the villa, and the living room with the kitchen overlooks the university entrance.
The fully equipped kitchen is built under a vaulted arch, an ancient peasant table serves as the dining table, and an old storage chest functions as a wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a washer-dryer combination, along with some more modern elements.
We at grazrentals have made every effort to furnish the apartment practically, with a lot of flair and coziness. The yellow apartment is ideally suited for up to four people. In addition to a top hotel quality double bed (180x200 cm), our guests at grazrentals also have a comfortable sofa bed (180x200 cm) available.
A cot for toddlers and a high chair are available separately upon request.
A free secure parking space is also available. Our grazrentals apartments impress not only with absolute comfort and individual style.
The excellent location in the center of Graz is also completely convincing.

Der Bäcker um die Ecke, in die Stadt zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus, Essen und Trinken ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Stellplatz vor der Tür.
