   THE HOUSE AND THE SPACE    Two-story detached property. Spacious house with a beautiful garden and a private pool with a fence for more security for the little ones in the family. Natural grass area, which will allow the enjoyment of young and old in a quiet, intimate, and safe environment.   This charming house has a beautiful entrance hall that gives access to a living room.  The living room communicates directly with the terrace, garden, and pool.  The living room has AC.   On the same ground floor is the large kitchen, fully equipped. The ground floor also has a guest bathroom.   The upper floor has four bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms, one with a terrace overlooking the sea and the other with a private bathroom.
There is air conditioning in the master bedroom. 2 bedrooms with two single beds. Nearby is a second bathroom with a bathtub. One room has AC and the rest have ceiling fans.    The climate, location, and features of this house will allow you to fully enjoy your vacation and getaway all year round. You can take the opportunity to organize a barbecue and cook delicious vegetables, fish and/or meat. An outdoor gastronomic show.   Near the pool in the garden, it also has a nice pergola with chairs and a table where you can appreciate this moment of relaxation and joy of the day.   It is perfect for families with children or with friends.


     COMMON AREAS SERVICES     SANT MATEU is exclusive to its guests.      THE GARDEN AND THE TERRACE   
Garden spaces are not shared but must be respected. The outdoor dining area, barbecue facilities are private. The barbecue should be cleaned after each use.      THE SALTWATER POOL    It is private, but the neighbours' rest hours, bathing suits, and use of the pool must be respected. It also has sun loungers.      PARKING    You can park for free and easily on the street. The street is shared with residents. The direction of traffic on the streets must be respected and not parked in front of accesses to private car parks.
   FIREPLACE     NOT AVAILABLE INCLUDED SERVICES

- City tax: must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card.
Cost of tourist tax: € 1 per person and every night, maximum 7 nights and only people over 16 years old

- Deposit: will be made upon arrival through credit card pre-authorization.

- Signature of the house rules.
- Signature of the temporary tourist rental contract.

"OUR DESTINY DEPENDS ON YOUR RESPONSIBILITY": Please, check that you can comply with the house rules before making a reservation. For us, it is essential to respect the tranquillity of the residential area where the house is located.   Thank you in advance for your understanding!      HOUSE RULES    - It is not available to groups under 25 years old.   - The rental contract for the property for tourist season will be accepted upon reservation and signed before the closing ceremony.   - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.   - All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.   - During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.   - It is also necessary to remove the garbage periodically to avoid odors and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.   - Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources. Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.     IT'S NOT ALLOWED    - Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form.   - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning.
It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.   - Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.

 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.  We have a service to rent pool/beach towels.    - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.
In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.   - Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power   - Groups of students are not allowed. - No pets allowed   IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE HOUSE MUST BE LEFT  We are very strict with the rules because the houses we help manage are not located in tourist areas. Properties are in the urbanizations very quiet and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents. Please, we hope that if you wish to reserve for a few days at SANT MATEU you will commit to maintaining a responsible and rational consumption of our scarce natural resources.
       THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND ITS SURROUNDINGS      The house is located in a very quiet residential area of ​​detached houses and close to the centre of the village of Vilassar de Dalt, there are different services; supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and traditional shops.

220m from the tennis club "VILA SPORTS CLUB" (tennis, paddle, swimming pool...) 2.4km from the water park "FANTASY ISLAND"   Vilassar de Dalt is a small charming village, located on the north coast of Barcelona in the Maresme region.   The village has quick access to the mountain for all those hikers and adventurers. In addition, throughout the Maresme, we find family beaches with calm waters and golden sand ...

     THE REGION    "El Maresme" stands out for its temperate Mediterranean climate, mild temperatures all year round, sunnier and brighter days, colourful in its spectacular landscapes, intense blue on its coast, and in its skies that combine with the bright green of its mountains.   The location between small mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, its proximity to the city of Barcelona, ​​makes this area an ideal place to spend an unforgettable family vacation.   The villages of "Maresme" are charming little villages, surrounded by comfortable and private urbanizations, the best golf courses, marinas, all kinds of recreational activities, horseback riding, sports centres, wide sandy beaches.   It also offers one of the best gastronomic offers in Spain, with several Michelin-starred restaurants.      USEFUL INFORMATION    - 30 minutes drive from the centre of Barcelona. - 10 minutes drive to the train station

We advise on how to combine the use of private transportation with the use of public transportation. -OWN VEHICLE: We consider it essential for more independence.

You can move around on foot, by taxi or taking the train, using the bus or your own vehicle or you can move in combination.
It is always more convenient to have a vehicle to be able to explore more places or go shopping at the supermarket.
   PÚBLIC TRANSPORT   
There are different services and lines that connect Vilassar de Dalt with the surroundings and Barcelona
- TAXI: There are local taxi drivers.
All services must be booked in advance.   - BUS: Day and night services.
Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.   - TRAIN: The house is close to the train stations of VILASSAR DE MAR and PREMIÀ DE MAR.
The route to Plaça Catalunya lasts between 25 and 35 minutes.      BARCELONA   
It is about 30 minutes by car.
Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city.
