   BELLA HOUSE AND ITS SPACE   
The house is distributed on two floors.      UPPER FLOOR     It is the access to the house. We find three bedrooms with a big terrace, two bathrooms, and a garage.   ROOM 1: double bed and two single beds.  This room has a small private bathroom with a shower.   Room 1 can be ideal for families travelling with little ones. It is very spacious and allows guests to have different options of placing the two single beds. In the house, there are also safety nets in high places without railings. It is very important to understand that networks are not there to lie down.   ROOM 2: double bed with a big desk.  ROOM 3: two single beds These two rooms (2,3) share a bathroom with a bathtub.   A beautiful view of the sea can be enjoyed from the living room, the terrace and several rooms.      GROUND FLOOR    Going down the stairs, to the right we find the last bedroom. ROOM 4: double bed and a private bathroom with shower.   This floor is at garden level, at left we find a spacious living-dining room. Through its large windows and glass doors, the exterior light illuminates the entire room. Crossing the room we have a comfortable kitchen with a dining area and a laundry space!    In front of this charming living-dining room, we have the porch with a table to enjoy a pleasant breakfast, lunch, or dinner.  This area is ideal to be cool in summer. The porch is connected to the large garden.      PRIVATE POOL   
It is approximately 4x8m, ideal for swimming or simply cooling off. There is also a barbecue next to a beautiful pergola with another table and chairs. Then an area with sun loungers and behind the pool, hidden in the shadow of the trees, a chill-out space with a hammock    Come and experience it, don't let them tell you!

 
   SERVICES     BELLA is exclusive to its guests.      PARKING    There is parking available for guests. It connects straight with the house.  The door is automatic. You can also park for free on the street, respecting the neighbours' garages. It is a street travelled only by the residents of the urbanization.      THE GARDEN AND THE OUTDOOR SPACES    All are private but they must be preserved, please respect the green areas.      THE POOL    It is private and we hope you respect the rules of use and clothing, in this area, there are also hammocks for sunbathing.      ALARM    The house has an alarm system, however, the house should always be left tightly closed.    INCLUDED SERVICES

"OUR DESTINY DEPENDS ON YOUR RESPONSIBILITY": Please, check that you can comply with the house rules before making a reservation. For us, it is essential to respect the tranquillity of the residential area where the house is located.   Thank you in advance for your understanding!      HOUSE RULES    - It is not available to groups under 25 years old.   - The rental contract for the property for tourist season will be accepted upon reservation and signed before the closing ceremony.   - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.   - All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.   - During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.   - It is also necessary to remove the garbage periodically to avoid odors and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.   - Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources. Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.     IT'S NOT ALLOWED    - Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form.   - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning.
It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.   - Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.

 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.  We have a service to rent pool/beach towels.    - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.
In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.   - Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power   - Groups of students are not allowed.   IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE HOUSE MUST BE LEFT  We are very strict with the rules because the houses we help manage are not located in tourist areas. Properties are in the urbanizations very quiet and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents.

   THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND SURROUNDINGS   
The Maresme is a region to fall in love with!
On one side Barcelona and on the other the Costa Brava within driving distance!

This pleasant house is located on a plot of 800 m2, located in a quiet and luxurious urbanization a few minutes by car from the centre of the town of Cabrils (1km away).

Easy access to the beaches of Cabrera de Mar or Vilassar de Mar (12 minutes by car)  It is necessary to go by car since urbanization is in the upper part of Cabrils.

   CABRILS   
It is a small charming town recognized for its good restaurants, its gastronomic fair and its music fair. Cabrils is located on the NORTH COAST OF BARCELONA in the MARESME region.   CABRILS has quick access to the mountain for all those hikers and adventurers. In addition, throughout all of El Maresme, there are family beaches with calm waters and golden sand...   A few km away you can do any activity you want to disconnect and have fun, there are mountain routes, there are horse riding, golf courses, tennis club, activities such as paintball, vertical forests to play between the treetops, nautical clubs not to leave of spending hours at sea, in addition to having BARCELONA very close.   Explore the city and avoid its crowded streets by returning to the calm of our region.    USEFUL INFORMATION

In this park is the Sant Salvador Restaurant for a traditional grill with grilled meat and vegetables. We also highlight the seasonal calçots and canned snails ("cargols a la llauna").

MUSICAB: The Cabrils Music Festival
It is one of the main cultural events in Cabrils. Created in 1989, it has always been closely related to classical music.
In 2015, the festival made a change of projection evolving into a more eclectic format.
The concerts are held over several weekends in July and August.
They have also incorporated a new morning format to bring music closer to the little ones.

The house is located in "El Maresme" on the north coast of Barcelona.

- Own vehicle: We consider it essential for more independence.  (Read Barcelona section if you are planning to visit the city with a foreign car) You can move around on foot, by taxi or taking the train, using the bus or your own vehicle or you can move in combination.
It is always more convenient to have a vehicle to be able to explore more places or go shopping at the supermarket.
   PÚBLIC TRANSPORT   
There are different services and lines that connect Cabrils with the surroundings and Barcelona
- TAXI: There is a local taxi service.
You must contact them in advance to arrange a transfer.
- BUS: Day and night services.
Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme, and the city of Barcelona.
- TRAIN: The nearest train station is Vilassar de Mar
The route to Plaça Catalunya lasts between 25 and 35 minutes.
Trains every 10 minutes.
   BARCELONA   
The city is about 30-40 minutes by car. Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city.
