Great House for 4-5 persons, located near the swimming pool and the sea.
House with nice view and beautiful BBQ area. Ideal for a small family with pets who wants to enjoy their holiday by the sea.
The House Palmera is ideally located in a quiet area a few meters from the community pool, bus stop, restaurant, diving school, etc.
It has a nice living room with comfortable sofa-bed, large window and direct access to terrace. TV by satellite.
Comfortable kitchen fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, kitchen and oven gas, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (Melitta), kettle and toaster.

Bedroom 1: double bed
Bedroom 2: two single beds.
The bedrooms are equipped with cupboards, blankets and pillows.
Optional rental of bed linen and towels.
House Palmera can be occupied with a person more (setting bed or sleep couch) with extra cost.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km. from the romantic fishing village Tossa de Mar. Steep coast and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm.
In the center of the Cala Canyelles urbanization there is a restaurant, bar, comunity pool (25m x 10m), youhave the right to use the pool paying 4 euros per day per person with one drink included. Nautical club with mooring rentals, diving center, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities. It’s posible to rent umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, cars for rent, horse riding, ticket for excursions and in the vicinity various golf courses and pitch on putt.
Outside of high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited.
The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before.
The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization. In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized. Then we will go with you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys.
The Exit must be made before 10:00. One day before your departure, come to the office to arrange a home inspection.
The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers. If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit.
How to get there: Take the AP2 motorway, take exit 9 towards Lloret de Mar. Once you arrive in Lloret de Mar, take the road to Tossa de Mar and after 2.5km on the right you will find the exit to Cala Canyelles. Continue straight until you find a square. The Playa Arena office is on the right side of this square.

Août 2021. Une semaine formidable : le quartier de la maison est très joli, calme et fleuri. La maison est très agréable. Nous reviendrons !

La décoration date un peu, mais c'est calme et le quartier est très bien. Attention, c'est assez loin de la plage (presque 2 km).
