House duplex completely renovated, It is located directly over the bay of Canyelles.
Ideal to enjoy the sun, the see view and the beautifull location.
In the residential area are a restaurant, snack-bar, diving school, tennis-court (charge) and water activities (charge). Next to the house are a stair with direct access to the harbour and the beach.
The acces to the house is using this stairs.
On the entrance floor we find living/dining room with open kitchen with direct acces to the big terrace and a bedroom with bathroom.
On the lower floor large suite with full bath.
BEDROOMS Equipped with wardrobes, pillows and blankets.
Linen, bed linen and towels can be rented.
Bedroom 1: Double Queen suit with private bathroom and sleep couch.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds The house can be occupied with a person more (setting bed or sleep couch) with extra charge.

Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm.
In the centre of the Cala Canyelles urbanisation is the El Trull restaurant, which has a swimming pool open to the public for a daily fee (for more information, please consult the restaurant directly).There is also a tennis court, yacht club with mooring rental, diving centre, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities.
Beach umbrellas and sun loungers for hire, car hire, horse riding, excursion tickets and several golf courses and pitch on putt courses in the immediate vicinity.
Outside of high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited.
The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before.
The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization.
In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized.
Then we will go with you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys.
The Exit must be made before 10:00. One day before your departure, come to the office to arrange a home inspection.
The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers.
If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit.

Es fehlte ein Besen/Staubsauger.
Zusätzlicher Schrank/Regal im 2-Bett Zimmer wäre schön gewesen.
