Nice holiday house with spectacular sea views in idyllic situation.
The House is located in the quiet residential area of Cala Canyelles, where you will find the swimming pool which has an entrance fee of 4 euros per person with a non-alcoholic drink included (the price may vary according to the year and the information is updated periodically), restaurant, bus stop, tennis courts, diving school and information office.
Distance to the beach of Canyelles approx. 1200 m. Comfortable house, ideal to enjoy its pleasant garden and its incredible views.

This holiday home consists of: LIVING/DINING ROOM Bright living/dining room with lovely views to the sea and garden.

Bedroom 2: two single beds The bedrooms are equipped with warderobes, pillows and blankets.

Domestic animals (usually allowed upon request): € 5 / day / animal The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km. from the romantic fishing village Tossa de Mar. Steep coast and sandy beaches.
Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm.
In the centre of the Cala Canyelles urbanisation is the El Trull restaurant which has a swimming pool open to the public for a daily fee (for more information, please consult the restaurant directly). There is also a tennis court, yacht club with mooring rental, diving centre, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities.
Beach umbrellas and sun loungers for hire, car hire, horse riding, excursion tickets and several golf courses and pitch on putt courses in the immediate vicinity.Outside of high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited.
The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before.
The reception of the clients will take place in the office of Playa Arena situated in the urbanisation Cala Canyelles.
At the office the registration and payment formalities will be formalised and the keys will be handed over to you. Check-out must be before 10:00 and the keys must be returned to the office.The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers.
If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit.
How to get there: Take the AP2 motorway, take exit 9 towards Lloret de Mar. Once you arrive in Lloret de Mar, take the road to Tossa de Mar and after 2.5km on the right you will find the exit to Cala Canyelles.
Continue straight until you find a square.
The Playa Arena office is on the right side of this square.

Savnede en ovn - ikke Micro ovn.
Kaffemaskinen var en dolce gusto som ikke virkede. Soveværelset med dobbelt seng, dårlig madras til en med rygproblemer. For meget lys fra gadelampen, vi skiftede til det mindre værelse. Ingen aircondition, vi købte en lille blæser for at blive kølet ned. Der manglede blinders eller mørklægning.
