5 Trevithick Court is a modern, spacious holiday home which is located within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor, just over a mile outside of Hayle.
Spacious and well equipped, this holiday home offers comfortable accommodation for up to eight people.
With two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms over two floors, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and open plan living / dining space with double doors which open onto the gardens and picnic table for outdoor dining. 5 Trevithick Court is a great holiday home for families and friends to gather, and enjoys onsite facilities including a pool, playground, shop, restaurant and bar. A fantastic location for those who prefer the conveniences of a holiday park, but within easy reach of the sites of West Cornwall including St. Ives, Penzance and beyond. Downstairs Kitchen - well-equipped with oven, hob, fridge, toaster & kettle.

Bedroom 1 - Double bed, wardrobe and door to rear of property. shower room - double shower, w.c. and basin Upstairs Bedroom 2 - Large master bedroom with balcony leading off. Double bed, drawers, wardrobe.
A lovely bright room with plenty of space. Bedroom 3 - Twin beds wardrobe, window overlooking the park Bedroom 4 - Twin beds, wardrobe, window overlooking the park Shower room - with shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Outside - patio doors from the dining area lead onto the patio with picnic table. A message from Tom’s Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays.

These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app. The Location The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle.
About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands.
The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby.
Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions. On the doorstep On-site facilities, open March to November, include: -Bar area with free WiFi -Bar meals and takeaway available. -Launderette -Shop Leisure passes Passes can be purchased from Tolroy Manor Reception and provide access to -Tennis court -Squash court -Swimming pool -Sauna -Games area -Visiting entertainment (during peak school holidays only.) Pass prices - £18 for 1-4 nights - £30 for 5-7 nights. Only a short drive into Hayle you have a great selection of shops and restaurants. Further afield The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages.
Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes.
The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey’s Towans just beyond North Quay.
Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by. At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer. For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property.
All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics.
A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above. While it is unlikely during the summer season, the park at Tolroy Manor advises caution should be taken when there is a weather warning in place as the park is surrounded by trees and it is advisable to vacate the park during this period.
In the unlikely event of an Amber weather warning or higher being issued for the period when you are due to stay, we are able to cancel your holiday with a full refund or move your reservation to a later date.
If you choose to remain at the property this is your choice, and any risk you take is at your discretion. Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March): Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period.
Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
