DESCRIPTION
Large holiday villa with a private pool located in Calp (Calpe), capable of accommodating up to 24 people.
The property consists of four independent apartments of approximately 80 m² each, distributed over two floors and with separate entrances.
Situated on a spacious, flat plot within walking distance of the beach, it is ideal for large groups or big families. INTERIOR The property comprises four independent apartments: EACH APARTMENT (4 IN TOTAL) Each apartment has its own separate entrance, a living-dining room, and a separate kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher.
The sleeping area in each apartment has three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each.
Each apartment also includes a separate bathroom with a shower.
Only two of the four apartments have an additional guest toilet. Regarding air conditioning, each of the four apartments has one unit in the living-dining room and another unit in the hallway that helps cool the rooms when the doors are open.
The bedrooms do not have individual air conditioning. EXTERIOR The fully flat plot features a large rectangular private pool measuring 12 x 5 meters with Roman steps (with a depth ranging from 0.80 m to 1.80 m), an outdoor shower, and a sunbathing area equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.

This property was clean, well finished to a high standard with a fantastic swimming pool, table tennis, french boules court and a great barbeque area.
