The ground floor welcomes you with a living/dining room equipped with TV/TDT, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The open plan kitchen has a gas hob, and on this floor, you will find two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with en-suite bathroom with shower. There are also two bedrooms with two single beds each and an additional bathroom with bathtub. An air conditioning in the corridor ensures a pleasant climate. The upper floor, accessible by external stairs, offers a covered terrace overlooking the pool, an air-conditioned living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV and a fully equipped separate kitchen with gas hob and dishwasher. Three bedrooms with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. Air conditioning in the hallway and two independent bathrooms with bathtub complete this floor.

The villia is a 10 min walk down hill to the beach. Lovely location in a little town with lots of restaurants and bars. The villa itself is a great space for large families. Essentially two small flats. The pool and outdoor cooking facilities were great. The villa had some faults (things not working) and was a little dirty in parts. Overall great holiday.

Perfect for our large family. Plenty of bedrooms and facilities. Toilet in the large bathroom upstairs didn't flush properly, which was a bit of a problem, but we reported it. People came, apparently, although we were out, but it wasn't fixed. We had to go to Calpe for the keys to the villa, which w...
