This modern house with a private pool in the center of Llubi, north-central Mallorca, offers a tranquil home for 2-6 guests.
Llubi is a 15-20 minute drive from Playa de Muro and Can Picafort beach.
In the village, there is a small supermarket and bars.
Gas stations, restaurants, and more services can be found in Inca, a 10-minute drive away.
The Sierra de Tramuntana, famous for the towns of Valldemossa and Sóller, offers endless hiking trails and cycling routes.
A car is recommended.
The two-story house features a private chlorine pool measuring 5 x 3 meters with a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.1 meters.
Here, you can start your day with a long breakfast on the terrace.
For sunbathers, there are two sun loungers and a parasol in the garden.
The terrace provides access to the fully equipped kitchen, which is open to the air-conditioned living and dining area.
Amenities include a washing machine, fast WiFi, a dishwasher, a gas hob, and satellite television.
The 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor, with two featuring double beds and one with 2 single beds.
The bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Additionally, there is another bathroom with a bathtub serving the rest of the house.
Another air conditioning unit is located in the hallway of the bedrooms.
Free street parking is available in front of the house.
Please note: On the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, known as the Ecotasa, which must be paid by every guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is €2.20 per night per person during high season and €0.55 per night per person during low season.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved during high season.
Payment of the Ecotasa is made before arrival.
Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age.
