The Deltamar I residential complex is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach (C/ Les Marines 11), first line with direct beach access.
It is a low-rise building without an elevator and features a lake-style swimming pool surrounded by 4,000 m2 of gardens.
Optional underground parking spaces are available. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features a front-facing East terrace with fabulous sea views and views of the residential complex.
It includes a kitchen with a breakfast bar equipped with everything needed for cooking and serving meals, a utility room/laundry area, a living-dining room, two bathrooms, and two double bedrooms.
WIFI service is included.
Sleeps 5 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED.
PETS ARE ALLOWED upon request, with a maximum weight of 10 kilos (€7/night). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/shower towel per person, 2 hand towels/bathroom).
Bed linen is changed every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/supplies.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours, provided you request it in advance and have previously deposited the security deposit.
Check-out and vacating the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 AM.
Keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a security deposit of €150, which will be refunded after the apartment has been inspected, or purchase non-refundable accidental damage waiver insurance for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service is not guaranteed inside the apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, pharmacies, and many other services.
The gentle slope into the water is ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. During the low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic attractions well worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and along the marshes.
The latter are very popular among ornithologists.
L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of undeveloped virgin beach, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors.
Let's not forget fishing, which is possible from the beaches, sea channels, and rivers.
