The Deltamar I residential complex is located in the southern end of Xeraco beach (C/ Les Marines 11), beachfront with direct access to the beach.
It is a low-rise building without an elevator, featuring a lake-shaped swimming pool surrounded by 4,000 m2 of gardens.
Optional underground parking spaces are available. Apartment available on the 2nd floor with a front-facing East terrace offering fabulous sea views and views of the residential complex.
It has a semi-open plan kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining, a utility/laundry room, a living-dining room, two bathrooms, and two double bedrooms.
WIFI service is included. Sleeps 5 people. NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE ALLOWED. PETS ARE ALLOWED upon request, with a maximum weight of 10 kilos (€7/night). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/shower towel per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom). A linen change is included every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
Key collection outside of office hours is possible if requested in advance and the security deposit has been paid beforehand.
Check-out and vacating the accommodation must be done before 10:00 AM. Keys can be left inside the accommodation after prior consultation, or returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a security deposit of €150, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase a non-refundable accidental damage waiver (insurance) for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, pharmacies, and many other services.
The slope into the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to travel around the region, which offers many worthwhile cultural and gastronomic attractions.
There are numerous hiking routes, both in the mountains and along the marshes.
The latter are very popular with ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors.
Let's not forget fishing, which is possible on the beaches, in sea channels, and rivers.
