Welcome to Deulosal and this quiet apartment for 2-4 guests and a baby in the north of Mallorca with a private pool.
Maria de la Salut is an authentic Mallorcan village with bars and restaurants, located a 15-20 minute drive from the northern beaches, e.g., Can Picafort and Playa de Muro.
Points of interest include the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range with its picturesque villages of Valldemossa and Sóller, the capital city Palma, the Formentor lighthouse, and the beautiful village of Artà. A car is necessary. The terrace and pool offer spectacular views of the countryside and mountains.
The saltwater pool (8x4 meters and depths between 1.3 and 1.75m) is surrounded by a terrace with umbrellas and sun loungers.
The patio houses a wood-fired oven, a barbecue, lemon trees, and a small chapel.
The apartment and private terrace are on the first floor.
The apartment has WiFi throughout and invites our guests to relax in the air-conditioned living-dining room, watch television (satellite channels), or prepare their favorite meals in the separate kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and gas hob. From the living room, stairs lead to the open loft with 2 single beds, perfect for 2 children.
The loft has a curtain for added privacy.
The master bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning has access to a bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer.
This bathroom also has another entrance and serves the rest of the house. 2-3 cars can be parked outside the property.
The owner lives downstairs and takes care of the pool and facilities so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest.
The pool is only used by this apartment, but the owner will be present during your stay.
As this is a country house, there are animals such as dogs and sheep. Important: As required by law, we must ask for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. We will send you a link before your arrival for registration. There is a tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is EUR 2.2 per night per person during high season (May to October) and EUR 0.55 per night per person during low season (November to April). From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved (during high season). The security deposit will be held via credit card, and the client will have to provide their details through a secure payment link.
It will be refunded within 7 days after departure. IMPORTANT Our office hours: Monday to Saturday 9 am to 5 pm 24h Emergency (calls only - opt 2)

A very relaxing environment. A traditional stylish house. Orange trees for a fresh pick of fruit
The December period is relative cold. Heating is not sufficient so dress to the season. The shower is also not that comfortable. Again. This does apply for the colder season. I expect the house in the warmer periods to be very comfortable with the thick walls and airco
