Welcome to Deulosal and this quiet flat for 2-4 guests and a baby in the north of Mallorca with private pool.



Maria de la Salut is an authentic Majorcan village with bars and restaurants within 15-20 minutes driving distance to the northern beaches, e.g. Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. Places of interest are the Sierra de Traumuntana with its picturesque villages Valldemossa and Sóller, the capital Palma, the lighthouse of Formentor and the beautiful village of Artà. A car is necessary.



The terrace and the pool offer spectacular views of the countryside and the mountains. The salt swimming pool (8x4 meters and depth between 1.3 and 1.75m) is surrounded by a terrace with sunshades and sunbeds. The courtyard houses a wood-burning oven, a barbecue, lemon trees and a small chapel. The flat and the private terrace are on the first floor. The flat has Wifi throughout and invites our guests to take a seat in the air-conditioned living-dining room, watch TV (satellite channels) or prepare their favourite dishes in the separate kitchen with dishwasher and gas hob. From the living room, stairs lead up to the open loft with 2 single beds, perfect for 2 children. The loft has a curtain for privacy. The master bedroom with double bed and air conditioning has access to an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. This bathroom has another exit and serves the rest of the house.



There is parking for 2-3 cars outside the property. The owner lives downstairs and takes care of the pool and the facilities so that you can enjoy it to the fullest. The pool is only used by this flat, but the owner will be present during your stay. Being a house in the countryside, there are animals such as dogs and sheep.

As required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. We will send you a link before arrival to register.



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest over 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season (May to October) and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season (November to April). From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half (during high season).



The deposit will be held by credit card and the client will have to provide his details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
