NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED, ONLY FAMILIES. Located at the southern end of Xeraco Beach, 80 meters from the sea, and surrounded by green areas with a swimming pool, tennis court, gardens, and large south-facing terraces.

It is a 3-story building, with ground, first, and second floors, without an elevator. This apartment is on the second floor with a south-facing terrace overlooking Marina Alta street and views of the communal garden areas.

It has a double bedroom, a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people (1.20 cm), a separate kitchen with a laundry room, and a full bathroom. Furnished practically and functionally for 2/4 people.

Equipped with a washing machine, microwave, television, WIFI service, and ceiling fan in the bedroom. Groups of young people are not allowed.

Pets are admitted upon request, with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Upon key collection, a deposit of €150 must be paid to cover any damages, lost keys, and/or breach of the departure time.

This deposit will be refunded 24/48 hours after check-out, following a review of the accommodation. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service during high season.

The water entry slope at the shore is gentle, ideal for children and the elderly.

There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, pharmacies, and many other services.

It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.

During the low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to explore the region, which offers many cultural and gastronomic attractions well worth visiting.

There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshlands.

The latter are very popular among ornithologists.

L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological significance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors.

Let's not forget fishing, which is possible on the beaches, sea inlets, and rivers.
