Located at the southern end of Xeraco Beach, 80 meters from the sea, and surrounded by green areas with a pool, tennis court, gardens, and large south-facing terraces.
It is a 3-story building, with ground, first, and second floors, without an elevator. This apartment is on the second floor with a south-facing terrace overlooking Marina Alta street and views of the communal garden areas.
It has a double bedroom, a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people (1.20 cm), a separate kitchen with a laundry area, and a full bathroom. Furnished practically and functionally for 2/4 people.
Equipped with a washing machine, microwave, television, WIFI service, and ceiling fan in the bedroom. Capacity 2/4 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ALLOWED upon request, maximum weight 10 kilos (€7/night). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath/shower towel per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom). Includes a bi-weekly change of bed linen.
We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours by requesting it in advance and having deposited the security deposit previously.
Departure and vacating of the accommodation must be before 10:00 AM. Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a security deposit of €150, which will be refunded after inspection of the apartment, or purchase non-refundable accidental damage waiver (Insurance) for €28. Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed within the apartments). Xeraco beach offers a lifeguard service during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The slope for entering the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic attractions well worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and along the marshland.
The latter is very popular with ornithologists.
L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors.
Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on the beaches, sea arms, and rivers.

La ubicación de la urbanización es perfecta, la piscina nos encanto y la casa estaba bien, solo decir que no tuvimos agua caliente a la llegada pero enseguida nos lo arreglaron, muy atentos y agradables.
