This beautiful holiday villa is located in Moraira, on the Costa Blanca, and can accommodate up to 8 people. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed over two floors, it offers all the space necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay.









Inside, the ground floor has a spacious living-dining room with satellite and terrestrial television, a fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher, and access to a covered terrace and the swimming pool. There are also two bedrooms with two single beds each, one bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to a solarium. The villa has air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms and the living room.








Outside, there is a large terrace with a private swimming pool of 7.5x3 metres, with Roman steps and outdoor shower. There is also a built-in barbecue for outdoor dining. There is parking for two vehicles on the plot, which is completely enclosed.








The location is ideal for those who do not need a car during their holidays. It is only 750 metres from the sandy beach and all the restaurants in the area. The nearest supermarket is 1 km away and the centre of Moraira is only 780 metres away.











Additional remarks are that free WiFi is offered in the villa and that pets up to 12 kg are allowed with a supplement.
