The MAIN FLOOR houses a bright living-dining room with SAT TV/TDT and access to a covered terrace with stunning sea views. Furthermore, there is a separate fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, both with air conditioning, and a separate bathroom with shower. The TOP FLOOR offers a sunny solarium with wonderful sea views, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.

The large landscaped grounds are home to an 8x4 rectangular swimming pool with Roman steps and a refreshing outdoor shower. Enjoy alfresco meals with the portable barbecue available. In addition, the place has parking on the same plot for two vehicles.
