A pleasant summer villa with private pool situated in Moraira (Costa Blanca) for 14 people, with seven bedrooms and four bathrooms distributed over two independent floors connected by external stairs.
INTERIOR: This villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR where we will find a living-dining room with access to the covered terrace and the swimming pool. A fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and dishwasher. Three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and one with a double bed. Two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. Upstairs there is a living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, four bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and two with a double bed each. A bathroom with bathtub and finally a bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR: Large plot with a 10x5 swimming pool with metal stairs and ample space for sunbathing in the sunbeds as well as a covered barbecue for outdoor dining. Parking is available on the plot for four vehicles.
LOCATION: Located only 900m from the sandy beach of Moraira and 700m from the nearest restaurants. The nearest supermarket can be reached in 1,5 km as well as the centre of Moraira. The centre of Calpe is 13 km away.
OBSERVATIONS: No internet. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with supplement.
