Inside the Residence "La Cascata" with swimming pool, directly overlooking the lake and the port of Dusano, a three-room flat on the first floor for 6 persons with Wi-Fi internet connection included.

The flat is ideal for a summer holiday thanks to the beautiful private terrace with lake view.

Inside, it consists of a living room with double sofa bed, dining table for 6, flat screen TV, a second sofa, modern kitchen complete with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, kettle, microwave, juicer and toaster. This bright flat continues with the large double bedroom equipped with wardrobes and bedside tables; the large size allows families with a small child to install a cot for a small extra charge. The accommodation continues with the second bedroom with a bunk bed, wardrobe and TV and is completed by a balcony and a bathroom equipped with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.


*The swimming pool is available from 1st May to 30th September.


Guests may use a covered car park within the property with the following dimensions: height 2.30 m/ length 5 m/ width 2.50 m.

The town of Manerba is nestled in the green hills of Valtenesi, in the hinterland the farms offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding experiences, local trattorias and beautiful golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and holiday villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected to the main attractions. The settlement is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, which is the destination of a pleasant walk through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.


The flat is easily accessible from the nearby Verona airport, which is only 45 minutes away by car.
