This floor also includes four bedrooms: one en-suite, one twin, one double, and a spacious room with a double bed and two single beds.
There are also two supporting bathrooms. On the first floor, there is an annex with two bedrooms, a twin with a balcony and a double, along with a living/dining area and access to the terrace. The two annexes located on the ground floor have their own kitchens.
One has a twin bedroom, and the other has a double bedroom; both have en-suite bathrooms. The main kitchen of the house is fully equipped, offering all the necessary amenities to prepare meals throughout your stay. Outside, you can enjoy a heated pool (additional cost), jacuzzi (additional cost), a well-maintained garden, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining area, ideal for taking advantage of the Algarve climate. Located in Branqueira, the villa is in a quiet area, just a few minutes from the beaches, golf courses, and the vibrant bar scene. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, food hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than it would be without heating. The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and further enjoying the special moments of your holiday. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with booking one. We can also arrange transfers if you need them. Groups Deposit: €300 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 18 guests. A very pleasant stay overall, with a comfortable and welcoming environment. Everything worked well for our group. We also enjoyed dining at Algarbe restaurant, which was a great addition to the holiday.
