Vora Mar 31 is a perfectly located beachfront apartment in the renowned 'Pine Walk'. Offering sensational views along with a wide array of nearby facilities, this apartment combines a prime location with breathtaking scenery and can accommodate up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms.

A bathroom and a shower room serve the 5 guests, who can sleep in a double bedroom and two additional bedrooms, each with a pull-out bed. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift, and on the top floor, our guests can enjoy the communal rooftop terrace with a built-in barbecue, which is shared with the first and second-floor apartments. Thanks to its location, this apartment is also perfect for all those guests who do not wish to rely on a car during their holiday, as facilities of all kinds are practically on their doorstep! Air conditioning available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Information to consider: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left in the property.
Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will apply for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

When arrived thought it was a bit dated. Appartment has everything like home from home but wow what a view. Location of appartment is perfect waking up to sound of sea and no traffic sounds. Location perfect close to shops, restaurants and beach at your doorstep. We will definitely be going back to this appartment. Draw back was three flights of stairs and balcony had no sun loungers.
