Located just 30 meters from the sea on the third floor with elevator access, this apartment offers a stunning 180-degree panoramic sea view.
From inside, you see and hear only the sea, with a south-facing exposure perfect for enjoying the sun all day long. The start of the beautiful 45 km cycling path to Andora is about 500 meters from the apartment.
You can walk or bike the entire route, which mostly follows the old, disused railway line.
It’s flat, safe, and runs right along the coast. Directly in front of the building, there’s a small beach with a bar where you can enjoy salads, sandwiches, drinks, and music. Parking is not reserved, but you’ll find free spaces along the public road below the property and in a large lot at the end of the street. Pets are not allowed, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests.

Les bruits permanents de la mer nous parvenaient avec force
Au départ, j'étais déçu car je pensais que l'appartement ' La finestra sul mare" était vraiment au bord de la mer.
Tolle Wohnung, Aufzug vorhanden, sehr nahe zum Strand.

Herrlicher Ausblick aufs Meer. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Kleiner nicht überlaufener Strand 30 Meter entfernt. Frühstücken auf dem Balkon, ohne dass jemand zusieht. Sehr ruhig gelegen, jedoch Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar.
Parkplatzsuche war etwas schwierig. WLAN Verbindung hat etwas geschwächelt.
