The accommodation Located on the second floor, the studio is presented as follows - Bright living room with double sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, dining area for 4 guests. - Kitchen open to the living room: oven, dishwasher, cooking plates, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery... - Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The exteriors - Balcony (3 m x 2 m) facing south, from which you can admire the 180° view on the village and the mountains.
The balcony is not equipped with outdoor furniture. - Fenced and shared garden of 500 m² facing southwest.
The garden is equipped with a table, 2 chairs and a barbecue.
Nearby Ideally located, in a very quiet area, you will be close to all the shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket), boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities Murat is located in the heart of the Cantalien Massif, in the Regional Natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne, at the foot of the largest volcano in Europe! There is something for everyone: - Skiing in Lioran at 15 km. - Hiking, cycling in the forests... - Fishing (rivers and pond at 5km).
Transportation - Murat train station at 600 m from the apartment. - Freeway A75 at 30 km, exit Massiac.
Other remarks - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in supplement (rent and payment on the spot). - The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by your care, or available in option (payment to be done on the spot). - The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi.

L’appartement a été rénové récemment. Les équipements sont en bon état de fonctionnement.
Situation au cœur du village.
La literie n’est pas faite pour plusieurs nuit
Les volets et les rideaux trop fins laissent passer la lumière
Le plancher grince quand nous ou les voisins nous déplaçons

Le studio a sûrement été refait récemment, bien pensé, avec un canapé lit de qualité satisfaisante et effectivement une vue magnifique, plein sud , dont on peut profiter sur le charmant petit balcon de l’appartement, protégé par un auvent si besoin… un pied à terre agréable… dans une ambiance de quartier chaleureuse

Appartement bien situé, parking proche,belle vue montagne, très propre, bien équipé,lit très confortable,propriétaire très disponible au téléphone car non présent sur place mais une personne très accueillante nous a reçus;voisinage sympathique, agréable séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
