Velez Málaga which is next to Torre del Mar has a big commercial centre. The beautiful lake of Viñuela lies approx. at a 40 minutes-drive from the house. You can hike around the lake and enjoy a good meal in one of the restaurants. Nerja, with its famous caves and the wellknown Balcon d’ Europa is about an hour-drive (approx) from the house. Málaga, pearl of gastronomy and culture is also just an hour away. Visit one of the many museums, visit a real Flamenco show or shop till you drop in the famous Calle Larios.
