This apartment was extensively renovated in winter 2019/2020! The result: a flat furnished with a lot of love and creativity with a high feel-good character for relaxing holidays by the sea - in every season!

The flat is located on the second floor in the "Appartement-Haus Regina", is approx. 45 m² in size and has a living room with dining area and integrated kitchen, a separate bedroom, a shower room and a balcony.

The living/dining room is bright and friendly and has a cosy couch, which can also be converted into a comfortable double bed. A 40-inch TV with swivelling wall mount and a modern hi-fi system with Bluetooth function complete the modern furnishings in the living room. The room can be darkened for sleeping.

The beautiful sandy beach of Borkum is almost on your doorstep! So you can start a sunny day on the beach straight after your holiday breakfast!
Or you can lie in the sun "at home": the flat has a beautiful south-facing balcony with a view of the garden for wonderful hours of relaxation! The fixed inventory includes four balcony chairs with seat cushions and a small table. The "Apartment House Regina" also has a large communal garden. There is even a sandpit for your little ones to play in.

A well-equipped pantry kitchen (including a 2-ring hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster etc.) allows you to conveniently self-cater during your holiday on Borkum!

The separate bedroom of the Borkum holiday flat is furnished with a comfortable double bed with two single mattresses (90 x 200 cm) and height-adjustable slatted frame. The bedroom also has another 40-inch TV with swivelling wall mount directly opposite the bed as well as ample storage space in wardrobes and chest of drawers, armchairs and a small table in front of the window facing Viktoriastraße, a suitcase bench and blackout curtains.

The bathroom has been completely renovated and is equipped with a shower with overhead and hand shower, a modern countertop washbasin with vanity unit and an illuminated mirror. A pull-out vanity mirror and a hairdryer are also included.

General information: The fixed equipment includes a foldable clothes horse, a hoover, a children's high chair and a travel cot. Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the basement of the house (for a small fee), as well as an iron and ironing board. There is storage space for bicycles.

Please understand that dogs are unfortunately not allowed in our holiday flat. We also ask you to refrain from smoking.
