Idyllically situated on the edge of the forest, the newly renovated Haus Nilson is located above the centre of Gengenbach. In the middle of nature, with a fantastic view of the Kinzig valley, you can escape from everyday life here.
Haus Nilson has 6 holiday flats, 1 double room, a modern hall, adjoining rooms and a large terrace with a panoramic view. The guest rooms and the spacious terrace can be booked for events of all kinds.
The half-timbered house was completely renovated in 2020 with loving attention to detail and brought up to the latest technical standards. The tasteful design of the rooms and the stylish furnishings match the Black Forest charm of the house. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. There are also storage facilities for bicycles. Free Wi-Fi and LAN connections are a matter of course in Haus Nilson. The accommodation can also be rented as a home office.
Gengenbach, in the beautiful Black Forest, is a sweet, romantic half-timbered town. The historic old town with its towers and gates, narrow alleys and picturesque nooks and crannies invite you to take a leisurely stroll. From Gegenbach, numerous cycling and hiking trails lead you on a journey of discovery through nature. The mountain ranges around Gengenbach are also ideal for mountain bike tours of all levels of difficulty. Wine lovers will also get their money's worth, as wine growing has a long tradition in Gengenbach. The protected locations and the mild climate provide the winegrowers with high-quality wines that can be tasted at wine tastings.
A visit to the old town is also worthwhile during Advent, when Gengenbach's town hall with its 24 windows is transformed into the world's largest Advent calendar house.
Gengenbach is easy to reach by train, the station is just under 3 km from the accommodation.
You can reach the centre of Gengenbach by car in 3 minutes. Offenburg is not far away (14 km). Strasbourg (43 km) and the famous Europapark (in approx. 50 km) are easy to reach by car. The nearest airports are Strasbourg-Entzheim (45 km), Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden (62 km) and Basel/Mulhouse (140 km).

Deviating cancellation conditions of the host
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the tour price.
The visitor's tax is charged on site and is not included in the price of the holiday. The spa tax is charged per person/day. Low season 1,80 EUR / High season 2,25 EUR Children from 6 up to and including 15 years 1,00 EUR

Description
The small holiday flat Hofblick is 24 sqm in size and is located on the 2nd floor. Purposefully furnished, the flat awaits you with one bedroom, equipped with a double bed. In the kitchen there is a small kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs and many other kitchen utensils. Smart TV and WLAN are available. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer. You also have a small balcony.
