Located in the traditional Chamberí District, in the neighbourhood of Almagro and a few metres away from Ponzano street, nowadays one of the most attractive gastronomical zones of Madrid, you can find this modern and exclusive two-bedroom apartment, ideal to enjoy your family vacations or business trip.

With modern and functional decoration, the apartment features two balconies that look out to José Abascal street, providing abundant natural light during most of the day. And the best of this place: the table to enjoy a delicious outdoor breakfast when the weather allows.
With an area of 80 m², this cosy home is located in the exterior sixth floor of a beautifully-preserved classical building typical in the zone. The small entrance hall leads on the left hand to the main space in the apartment: a comfortable and ample rectangular lounge and dining room with a table that can comfortably seat four people under the gaze of the lovely feminine faces in one of the paintings of Venezuelan artist Astolfo Funes. The lounge is ideal to enjoy those moments of rest with your family, sitting on the comfortable three-seat sofa with chaise lounge. This spot is a clear invitation to watch a movie in the flat-screen TV with satellite service or read a nice book.
Just to the right you can find the kitchen, with American style and minimalistic furnishing, fully equipped with oven, ceramic glass cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer-drying machine. A nice window allows plenty of natural light. The private area of the apartment has two rooms with plenty of natural light as well. The first room is ideal for families with children. It is decorated with wallpaper and has two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 metres, built-in closet and drawers. There is a modern bathroom with shower next to it, which is also accessible to visitors. At the end of the hall you can find the main bedroom with a comfortable queen-sizebed of 1.60 x 2.00 metres, an ample en suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes.
Peace and quiet reigns in every corner of the apartment, which is no surprise given its location in Chamberí, far away from the touristic hustle of the heart of Madrid. The whole house is floored in oak-stained wood, except for the bathrooms which have stoneware tiles. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and heating system. The building has a doorman during the day.
