The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 persons.
Additional facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating and a TV. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds.
Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed. The living room has 1 sofa bed for 2 persons.
The property gives access to a shared outdoor area that includes a garden and an outdoor terrace.
Pedestrian and cycle path to the centre of Livigno can be reached in 10 minutes.
There is a bus stop 150 metres away. 4 E-bikes are provided for an additional cost per item/day. 6 bikes are provided. (Bikes only in summer) The property has a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles.
A ski room with boot warmers is available.
Electric vehicle charging station available in the garage.
Strict recycling rules: please check with the house owner on arrival.
There is a laundry room with a shared dryer and washing machine.
Ironing board and iron available on request.
A cot and high chair are both available on request (and subject to availability). The owner organises dinners in the Private Tavern for guests on Monday and Thursday evenings (December to April, July and August only). In addition, there is a SPA area with a stone steam bath, Finnish sauna, multi-sensory shower, jacuzzi and relaxation zone. (Only open from December to April, July and August). Beach/pool towels are provided.

Die Unterkunft ist modern gestaltet und sehr sauber.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, da es ruhig ist, aber trotzdem nah zum Ortskern. Auch die Bushaltestellen waren gut erreichbar und bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber jederzeit ansprechbar.

Wir waren zu viert, 3 Erwachsene+Kind. Ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung Himmelschrofen, alles gut gepflegt und neuwertig. Gemütliche Betten, großes Bad, gut geheizt!!
Küche und Essbereich ein wenig klein für 4 Personen, jedoch noch ausreichend.
Nette Vermieter. Lage ruhig aber dennoch zentral.

Wir waren schon das dritte Mal im Haus Brigitte und es bleibt unsere erste Priorität in Oberstdorf. Wohnung Himmelschrofen erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen und die Sauna genießen wir auch jedes Mal. Darüber hinaus hatten wir 7 sonnige Tage: ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.
