Located on the 1st floor accessible by a wide staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a desk, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 6 guests.
- A kitchenette open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Tassimo Happy...

Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed with a cupboard.
