Come and discover this beautiful 36 m² flat, ideally located 1.5 km from the centre of Bagnères-de-Luchon and the ski lifts. This authentic family village at the foot of the highest peaks of the Pyrenees offers you, winter and summer, a variety of activities: skiing, snowboarding, hang-gliding, thermal cures, hiking, guided tours...
This flat, which can accommodate up to 6 people, has a beautiful living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a balcony with a view of the summit of the Port du Vénasque as well as ping-pong tables, a basketball court and a petanque court!
Free parking space available. Bed linen and towels provided.
The flat:
Located on the 1st floor accessible by a wide staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a desk, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 6 guests.
- A kitchenette open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster, fondue and raclette machine, kettle, filter coffee maker and Tassimo Happy...
Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed with a cupboard.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin, a hairdryer.
- Separate WC.
Outside :
- A shared swimming pool, with indoor and outdoor sections. Open from June 17 to September 15: Tuesday to Sunday inclusive: 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
- A 6 m² balcony, facing East and fitted out with an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a good meal while admiring the view of the Port du Vénasque!
- Ping-pong tables (4 rackets and balls available), a basketball court and a petanque court common to the residence.

In winter, a multitude of winter sports activities are available on the Superbagnères ski area with 32 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging, but also hang-gliding or gliding to discover the region from the sky! Finally, relax with a spa treatment in the heart of the sumptuous Parc des Quinconces!
In summer, you can discover the many hiking trails: Cazarilh-Laspène, Gouffre d'Enfer, Le Pic de Céciré... Take the opportunity to stroll along the banks of the Lac d'Oô and admire the splendid view of the Haut-Garonne peaks, or go for a trail or climbing trip! Many other activities and events are available: mini-golf, football, theatre, concerts, Tour de France, Festival des Plantes, Festival des Fleurs, Christmas market...
