Our 2021 completely renovated and modern furnished holiday flat with 62 sqm living space is located in the Felderbachtal in the beautiful Elfringhauser Schweiz between the Ruhr area, Düsseldorf and Wuppertal. It is in a rural location and has a fantastic view.

The flat is located on the 1st floor (up one flight of stairs) and consists of a large living room with kitchen and dining area for 4 people, large bedroom, hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin and a separate WC with small washbasin.

The holiday flat is fully equipped and has 4 sleeping places (a double bed and a sofa bed. Baby equipment with travel cot (incl. duvet, pillows and bed linen), step for toilet and washbasin and a high chair is available. There is easily space for a travel cot in the bedroom. The whole house has sockets with child protection.

In the living room there is a (sofa) bed, which also offers 2 people a place for the night and further seating for a cosy evening.

The kitchen offers a dining table for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

In the bedroom you sleep on a double bed with 2 cold foam mattresses, each 90x200cm. You can store your clothes in the spacious wardrobe. In the living room there is space for 2 more people on the sofa bed. Duvets with bed linen and towels / large shower towels are provided.

The flat offers a great view over the Elfringhauser Schweiz and the Bergisches Land. The birds of prey are constantly right outside the window and the deer visit us daily.

The beautiful Elfringhauser Schweiz is a popular area for hikers and mountain bikers and invites you to explore the area on the numerous trails. In the surrounding area you can discover many exciting things, such as climbing park, the historic old towns of Langenberg and Hattingen, riding stables, children's riding, the Wuppertal suspension railway, visitor mine

In the immediate vicinity there are many gastronomic offers, a bakery is nearby and the nearest supermarkets are not far.

There is a small balcony on the living room.

Free WiFi (fibre optic connection) is available, as is a TV.

Parking is available at the house (also possible for larger vehicles).

Bicycles can be stored in the house.

Washing machine and dryer in the basement can be used.

Our house is located in Felderbachtal near Sprockhövel-Herzkamp.

It is about 10 minutes to the Wuppertal-Nord motorway junction with the A1, A43 and A46 motorways. Wuppertal, Düsseldorf, Essen, Bochum and the Ruhr area are easily accessible.
