Our holiday apartment, completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2021, with 62 sqm of living space, is located in the Felderbachtal valley in the beautiful Elfringhauser Schweiz, between the Ruhr area, Düsseldorf, and Wuppertal.
It is situated in a rural location and offers a fantastic view. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (one flight of stairs up) and consists of a large living room with a kitchen and dining area for 4 people, a large bedroom, hallway, bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, and a separate toilet with a small sink. The holiday apartment is fully equipped and offers sleeping accommodations for 4 people (one double bed and one sofa bed). Baby equipment including a travel cot (with duvet, pillow, and bedding), a step for the toilet and sink, and a high chair are available.
There is ample space for a travel cot in the bedroom.
All power outlets in the house have child protection. The living room features a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate 2 people for the night, along with additional seating for a cozy evening. The kitchen offers a dining table for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. In the bedroom, you will sleep on a double bed with two cold foam mattresses, each measuring 90x200cm. Your clothes can be stored in the spacious wardrobe.
The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 additional guests.
Duvets with bedding and towels/large bath towels are provided. The apartment offers a wonderful view over the Elfringhauser Schweiz and the Bergisches Land region.
Birds of prey are constantly visible right outside the window, and deer visit us daily. The beautiful Elfringhauser Schweiz is a popular area for hikers and mountain bikers, inviting you to explore the region on numerous trails.
In the surrounding area, you can discover many exciting attractions, such as a climbing park, the historic old towns of Langenberg and Hattingen, riding stables, pony rides for children, the Wuppertal suspension railway, and a visitor mine. In the vicinity, there are many gastronomic options, a bakery is nearby, and the nearest supermarkets are not far away. There is a small balcony off the living room. Free Wi-Fi (fiber optic connection) is available, as well as a television. Parking spaces are available at the house (also suitable for larger vehicles). Bicycles can be stored in the house. A washing machine and dryer in the basement are available for use. Our house is located in the Felderbachtal near Sprockhövel-Herzkamp. It is approximately a 10-minute drive to the Wuppertal-Nord motorway junction, connecting to the A1, A43, and A46 motorways.
