Flat with balcony in a very central area of Bologna, a few steps from Piazza Maggiore.

This flat, located on the first floor of a building without lift, opens onto the living area consisting of a living room with double sofa bed and TV, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, complete with dining area and oven and microwave. From here, it is possible to exit onto the private balcony, furnished with a small table and chairs for outdoor meals.

Continuing on, you reach the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms: a single and a twin, both with desk and wardrobe.

The flat is completed by a fully equipped bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Available to guests are also comforts such as free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating.
