Flat with a large private terrace where you can enjoy a splendid view over the roofs and towers of Bologna.

This flat, located on the fourth floor without lift, features a living area with a double sofa bed, large bookcase, dining area, TV and microwave, as well as a kitchenette with induction hobs. From here you have access to a terrace equipped with a table and chairs where you can admire the Basilica of San Giacomo Maggiore and the famous red roofs of Bologna.

Further on, you will find the bedroom furnished with a double bed and a capacious wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes the interior.
